The home is beautiful, sparkling, clean, contemporary, sleek and huge and has two levels. It is pristine with fully-appointed kitchen and a well-maintained plunge pool on its terrace which can accommodate 10-12 of your loved ones in case you need to celebrate an occasion. Thats not it; you even get the sunbeds when you want to soak in the early morning or the pleasant evening sun! whats more! You get to watch the picturesque sunrise every morning you open your eyes! 


Situated in Candolim, 500m walk to the beach, the place has all the amenities you will require even for a longer stay. A safe, secure and small private complex with service, housekeeping, and security staff. It provides you with all the ecstatic features and keeps your privacy intact. Things to know

House rules

Check in: 3:00PM

Check out: 11:00 am (Late checkout/ early check in, is subject to availability).

We love music, however, we love our neighbours' privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 10:00 pm.

The cleaning is done every day and linen changed every alternate day.

The apartment is enabled with High-speed Wi-fi Internet

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Apartment however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience.

Please do not leave children unattended around the pool area

Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities.

Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.

You can enjoy dining in the privacy of your apartment with our In- villa chef service available to you at a nominal cost.

A mandatory security deposit amount of Rs. 5,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.

Cancellation policy

1. 0-14 Days is Non Refundable
2. Long Weekends and Super Peak dates such as 22 nd December to 4 th Jan are Non Refundable Non Amendable.
3. No Amendments after check in, Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Failure to arrive at the accommodation will be treated as No show & no refund will be given
5. No Refund will be given in a case of Act of God, etc.
