Welcome to Villa Shangri-la by Tisyastays!

The property is stunning and nestled in Pilerne, North Goa. Pilerne is a pleasant village with a lot of greenery as it has many distinct paddy fields, palm groves, lakes and salt pans all around. It has a thick cover of teak and Sal trees native to the Western Ghats.

 

The space

Set on one of the oldest villages in Goa, with magnificent heritage homes all around, the location can be described as quaint, peaceful and perfect. Laid with 4 huge bedrooms elegantly tucked in cosy linen and dressed in Indian aesthetics with modern and state-of-the-art amenities, the villa is an ideal choice for that long-awaited getaway for friends, families and corporates. 

The place is fully loaded with a strong infrastructure that supports it. The quality of electricity, WiFi, water and air-conditioning is of the highest order, as is the security arrangements. Kitchen and Meals 
The villa comes with a fully equipped Kitchen, which is sufficient for long stays too. It includes a microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, OTG, dishes and silverware, stove, cooking basics (pots and pans), salt and pepper, wine glasses, dining table, and toaster.
Guest access

Whether you are a single traveller or a group, you will have access to the entire villa and its outdoor spaces.

The furnished kitchen can be fully used free of charge.

Daily housekeeping service is provided.

Free on-site parking.

We provide pool towels along with bath linen and bath essentials, and toiletries.

Cook for breakfast will be available from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. We request you to please handle getting the groceries.

Things to know

House rules

Check-in: 3:00PM

Check-out: 11.00 AM (Late checkout/ early check in, is subject to availability).

We love music, however, we love our neighbours' privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 10:00 pm.

The cleaning is done every day and linen changed every alternate day.

The apartment is enabled with High-speed Wi-fi Internet.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Apartment however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience.

Please do not leave children unattended around the pool area.

Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities.

Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.

Breakfast shall be available from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.

You can enjoy dining in the privacy of your villa with our in villa chef service available to you at a nominal cost.

Your caretaker will be with you from (8 am-7 pm) however, Anytime beyond 7 pm will be charged @1000/- per 2 hours.

A mandatory security deposit amount of Rs. 20,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.

Cancellation policy

1. 0-14 Days is Non Refundable
2. Long Weekends and Super Peak dates such as 22 nd December to 4 th Jan are Non Refundable Non Amendable.
3. No Amendments after check in, Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Failure to arrive at the accommodation will be treated as No show & no refund will be given
5. No Refund will be given in a case of Act of God, etc.
