With a bedroom on the ground level, offering an ensuite bathroom and direct pool access, you'll experience the epitome of indoor-outdoor living through the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. The exterior exudes charm with a private pool with a Balinese-style sunken seating area, and a tranquil gazebo. A flight of stairs leads you to the upper levels. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor equipped with charming decor and warm spaces. One of the bedrooms also has a private balcony. The entire villa cleaning is done every day and linen changed every alternate day.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience.

You can enjoy dining in the privacy of your villa with our in villa chef service available to you at a nominal cost.

We love music, however, we love our neighbours' privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 10:00 pm.

Please do not leave children unattended around the pool area.

Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities.

Your caretaker will be with you from (8 am-7 pm) however, Anytime beyond 7 pm will be charged @1000/- per 2 hours.

Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.

A mandatory security deposit amount of Rs. 20,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.

Cancellation policy

1. 0-14 Days is Non Refundable
2. Long Weekends and Super Peak dates such as 22 nd December to 4 th Jan are Non Refundable Non Amendable.
3. No Amendments after check in, Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Failure to arrive at the accommodation will be treated as No show & no refund will be given
5. No Refund will be given in a case of Act of God, etc.
