Welcome to Casa Pamiya, a truly enchanting retreat nestled in the heart of nature, where warmth and tranquility meet to create an unforgettable experience for our esteemed guests.The gorgeous villa is built in Siolim, North Goa, where you wander through the densely forested lanes and discover the beautiful colonial homes amongst all the greenery, all whilst hopping on the fruit and vegetable stalls lined up .To be more precise, it is slightly inland from Anjuna, Siolim is a stunning riverside village, hosting a very Goan feel as it has some very interesting architecture to be seen including Portuguese heritage homes and many churches built as far back as the 1500’s.

 

The space

As you approach the villa you are greeted by winding pathway of the gated community that leads you through the verdant landscape, guiding you to the grand entrance. Let us take you through the beauty!
Upon entering Casa Pamiya, you are immediately struck by the vibrant and inviting ambiance. The spacious foyer welcomes you with its massive living and dining area, polished marble floors and the warm lighting for that golden glow. The interiors have sophisticated furnishings, chromatic artwork with subtle earthy tones around the rooms, creating an atmosphere of understated luxury. The villa boasts of thoughtfully designed living area to provide comfort and relaxation. The main living room features plush sofas and armchairs, perfect for unwinding on cooler evenings. Kitchen and Meals 
The villa comes with a fully equipped Kitchen, which is sufficient for long stays too. It includes a microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, OTG, dishes and silverware, stove, cooking basics (pots and pans), salt and pepper, wine glasses, dining table, and toaster.
Guest access
Whether you are a single traveller or a group, you will have access to the entire villa and its outdoor spaces.
The furnished kitchen can be fully used free of charge.
Daily housekeeping service is provided.
Free on-site parking.
We provide pool towels along with bath linen and bath essentials, and toiletries.
Cook for breakfast will be available from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. We request you to please handle getting the groceries.

The entire villa cleaning is done every day and linen changed every alternate day.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience.

You can enjoy dining in the privacy of your villa with our in villa chef service available to you at a nominal cost.

The villa is enabled with High-speed Wi-fi Internet

We love music, however, we love our neighbours' privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 10:00 pm.

Please do not leave children unattended around the pool area.

Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities.

Your caretaker will be with you from (8 am-7 pm) however, Anytime beyond 7 pm will be charged @1000/- per 2 hours.

Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.

A mandatory security deposit amount of Rs. 20,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.

Cancellation policy

1. 0-14 Days is Non Refundable
2. Long Weekends and Super Peak dates such as 22 nd December to 4 th Jan are Non Refundable Non Amendable.
3. No Amendments after check in, Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Failure to arrive at the accommodation will be treated as No show & no refund will be given
5. No Refund will be given in a case of Act of God, etc.
