The Space

Step into an open living room seamlessly connected to the private pool through large glass windows, creating the perfect setting for evening relaxation. The dining area extends effortlessly to the poolside, offering a serene ambiance.

The villa features three beautifully designed bedrooms, each with attached bathrooms, exuding a calm and relaxing vibe. Two of the bathrooms include bathtubs, adding a touch of luxury and comfort to your stay. The living room connects to a separate kitchen area, fully equipped with modern amenities, along with a conveniently located powder room.

Located in the peaceful and plush neighborhood of Assagao, it is surrounded by some of Goa’s most popular and delicious restaurants, including Izumi Assagao, Gunpowder, Jamun Goa, Vinayak Family Restaurant, and Bawari, all just 2 minutes away.

Kitchen and meals:

• The villa comes with a fully equipped Kitchen, which is sufficient for long stays too. It includes a microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, OTG, dishes and silverware, stove, cooking basics (pots and pans), salt and pepper, wine glasses, dining table, and toaster.

• If you enjoy cooking, ask us where you can find amazing local and artisanal produce and products.

• Alternatively, there are nearby takeaway and dining restaurants, along with food delivery services available through Swiggy and Zomato.

 

Guests Access:

• Whether you're a solo traveller or visiting as a group, you will have full access to the entire villa and all its outdoor spaces.

• The fully furnished kitchen is available for your use at no extra charge, perfect for preparing meals or snacks at your convenience.

• Hookah Pot will be available at a charge of Rs. 2500, with an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per flavour refill

• Free onsite parking.

• We provide pool towels along with bath linen, bath essentials and toiletries.

The entire villa cleaning is done every day and linen changed every alternate day.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience.

You can enjoy dining in the privacy of your villa with our in villa chef service available to you at a nominal cost.

We love music, however, we love our neighbours' privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 10:00 pm.

Please do not leave children unattended around the pool area.

Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities.

Your caretaker will be with you from (8 am-7 pm) however, Anytime beyond 7 pm will be charged @1000/- per 2 hours.

Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.

A mandatory security deposit amount of Rs. 20,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.

Cancellation policy

1. 0-14 Days is Non Refundable
2. Long Weekends and Super Peak dates such as 22 nd December to 4 th Jan are Non Refundable Non Amendable.
3. No Amendments after check in, Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Failure to arrive at the accommodation will be treated as No show & no refund will be given
5. No Refund will be given in a case of Act of God, etc.
