Things to know
Check-out: 11:00 AM (Late checkout / early check in, is subject to availability)
We love music, however, we love our neighbours' privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 9:00 pm.
The cleaning is done every day and linen changed every alternate day
Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. However, provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience.
Please do not leave children unattended around the pool area.
Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities.
The property manager would be available in case of any issues but we do have to respect their working hours as well.
Number of occupants are to be strictly followed.
A mandatory security deposit of INR 5000/- will be collected at the time of check in and refunded 48 hours after check out.
