This unique place has a style of its own staring at the ranges from every room. 3 well appointed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms . Living room with an eclectic design to admire the ranges in the distance . As you step out in the balcony you see the ranges upfront. Fully functional modern Kitchen to make the stay super comfortable. Needless to say comes with a fireplace in the living room and great connectivity to enable work from home or on holiday

Kitchen and Meals 

The villa comes with a fully equipped Kitchen, which is sufficient for long stays too. It includes a microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, OTG, dishes and silverware, stove, cooking basics (pots and pans), salt and pepper, wine glasses, dining table, and toaster.

Cook for breakfast will be available from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. We request you to please handle getting the groceries.
 

Guest access 

Whether you are a single traveller or a group, you will have access to the entire villa and its outdoor spaces.

The furnished kitchen can be fully used free of charge.

A few Board games have been thoughtfully selected so you do not miss the fun!!

A safe deposit locker has been kept in each room for your precious stuff.

Things to know

House rules

Check-in: 3:00PM

Check-out: 11.00 AM (Late checkout/ early check in, is subject to availability).

We love music, however, we love our neighbours' privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 10:00 pm.

The cleaning is done every day and linen changed every alternate day.

Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Apartment however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience.

Please do not leave children unattended around the pool area.

Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities.

You can enjoy dining in the privacy of your apartment with our In- villa chef service available to you at a nominal cost.

A mandatory security deposit amount of Rs. 20,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.

Cancellation policy

1. 0-14 Days is Non Refundable
2. Long Weekends and Super Peak dates such as 22 nd December to 4 th Jan are Non Refundable Non Amendable.
3. No Amendments after check in, Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Failure to arrive at the accommodation will be treated as No show & no refund will be given
5. No Refund will be given in a case of Act of God, etc.
