About this space

Our stunning private pool apartment designed with luxury and comfort, is set to pamper you on a thrilling holiday. Highlighting our private pool, the space resides beside Nerul bay and Panjim city across the river Mandovi. Setup for 2 guests with all the modern amenities you would require for a short or long holiday. The perfect romantic getaway!

 

The Space

Overlooking the bay and lush green views, split over two floors, the space is environment-friendly, using locally sourced materials and textiles. The stylish bedroom is extremely spacious with an ensuite bathroom. The pool is exclusive to this apartment with complete privacy. The bedroom also has a storage space for your personal belongings.

The apartment comes equipped with a fully functional kitchen, including microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. It is also stocked with a full set of crockery, cutlery and a variety of glassware—wine glasses, champagne flutes, juice tumblers and coffee mugs.

Aside from the apartment space, you will also have access to the common pool and the outdoor lounge area which are available to all our guests.

We use solar geysers for all hot water and LED lighting helps us conserve electricity. These are our small yet significant steps toward reducing our carbon footprint

Kitchen and meals:
The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, oven/microwave, gas stove, crockery and cutlery, kettle, toaster, fresh tea and coffee supplies.
If you enjoy cooking, ask us where you can find amazing local and artisanal produce and products.
Alternatively, there are nearby takeaway and dining restaurants, along with food delivery services available through Swiggy and Zomato.


Guests Access:
Whether you are a single traveller or a group, you will have access to the entire house and its outdoor and common spaces.
The furnished kitchen can be fully used free of charge.
Free onsite parking.
We provide pool towels along with bath linen, bath essentials and toiletries.

Yacht booking at 5 days prior notice
Small event or gathering arrangements, especially food requirements.
Car and bike rentals can be arranged.

Things to know

House rules

Check-in: 3:00PM

Check-out: 11.00 PM (Late checkout/ early check in, is subject to availability).

We love music, however, we love our neighbours' privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 10:00 pm.

The cleaning is done every day and linen changed every alternate day.

Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Apartment however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience.

Please do not leave children unattended around the pool area.

Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities.

You can enjoy dining in the privacy of your apartment with our In- villa chef service available to you at a nominal cost.

A mandatory security deposit amount of Rs. 5,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.

Cancellation policy

1. 0-14 Days is Non Refundable
2. Long Weekends and Super Peak dates such as 22 nd December to 4 th Jan are Non Refundable Non Amendable.
3. No Amendments after check in, Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Failure to arrive at the accommodation will be treated as No show & no refund will be given
5. No Refund will be given in a case of Act of God, etc.
