Luxury dream 2 BHK with an exquisitely set vivid living room, 2 beautiful & cozy bedrooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms in the heart of Goa. Situated in Candolim, 500m walk to the beach, the place has all the amenities specifically the wide infinity pool among the lush green fields. Located in one of the most plush and urban areas of North Goa, the home offers beautiful views of the sojourn beauty of grasslands and the sounds of birds like parrots and peacocks feel so divine in the lap of nature. This place boasts of the 3 kings Chapel, Reis Margos fort, the biggest party spots and eat outs, shacks; equidistant from Panjim city, the railheads, a mall and the Casinos, Nerul River, Candolim Church along with a Bird Sanctuary nearby. This apartment is where you want to stay if you are looking to spend quality time with your family and loved ones.

The home is beautiful, sparkling clean, contemporary, sleek and plush. The place is pristine with fully appointed kitchen and a well-maintained poo and a beautiful garden. Things to know

House rules

Check-in: 3:00PM

Check out: 11:00 am (Late checkout/ early check in, is subject to availability).

We love music, however, we love our neighbours' privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 10:00 pm..

The cleaning is done every day and linen changed every alternate day.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Apartment however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience.

Please do not leave children unattended around the pool area

Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities.

Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.

You can enjoy dining in the privacy of your apartment with our In- villa chef service available to you at a nominal cost.

A mandatory security deposit amount of Rs. 5,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.

Cancellation policy

1. 0-14 Days is Non Refundable
2. Long Weekends and Super Peak dates such as 22 nd December to 4 th Jan are Non Refundable Non Amendable.
3. No Amendments after check in, Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Failure to arrive at the accommodation will be treated as No show & no refund will be given
5. No Refund will be given in a case of Act of God, etc.
