Luxury dream 1 BHK with exquisitely set living room, kitchen and bathrooms in the heart of Goa. Situated in Candolim, 800m walk to the beach, the place has all the amenities specifically the wide infinity pool among the lush green fields. Located in one of the most plush and urban areas of North Goa, the home offers beautiful views of the sojourn beauty of grasslands and the sounds of birds like parrots and peacocks feel so divine.

The home is beautiful, sparkling clean, contemporary, sleek and plush. The place is pristine with fully appointed kitchen and a well-maintained pool and a beautiful garden. A safe, secure and small private complex with service, housekeeping, and security staff. The place has all the facilities that will make your stay gratifying, pleasant and comfortable. Kitchen and meals:

The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, oven/microwave, gas stove, crockery andcutlery, kettle, toaster, fresh tea and coffee supplies. If you enjoy cooking, ask us where you can find amazing local and artisanal produce and products.

Guests Access:

Whether you are a single traveller or a group, you will have access to the entire house and its outdoor and common spaces.

The furnished kitchen can be fully used free of charge.

Free on-site parking. 

We provide pool towels along with bath linen, bath essentials and toiletries.

Things to know

House rules

Check-in: 3:00PM

Check-out: 11.00 AM (Late checkout/ early check in, is subject to availability).

We love music, however, we love our neighbours' privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 10:00 pm.

The cleaning is done every day and linen changed every alternate day.

Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Apartment however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience.

Please do not leave children unattended around the pool area.

Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities.

The apartment is enabled with High-speed Wi-fi Internet.

You can enjoy dining in the privacy of your apartment with our In- villa chef service available to you at a nominal cost.

A mandatory security deposit amount of Rs. 5,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.

Cancellation policy

1. 0-14 Days is Non Refundable
2. Long Weekends and Super Peak dates such as 22 nd December to 4 th Jan are Non Refundable Non Amendable.
3. No Amendments after check in, Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Failure to arrive at the accommodation will be treated as No show & no refund will be given
5. No Refund will be given in a case of Act of God, etc.
