Welcome to Stairway to Heaven by Tisya Stays!

  For us a “holiday” means, “It’s what I deserve!” and “What I have earned !!”   This home makes you feel the vacation at its best. You step in and you are already feeling the vibes by the way the villa comes together for you…  The property is beautiful, check-in is flawless, staff is brilliant, and our endeavour through your stay will be to exceed your already high expectations! 
 
The space:
Located in Candolim, one of the most plush and urban areas of North Goa, the villa is an Oasis in the otherwise Urban town !! Tranquil and peaceful… but still walking distance to the main street that has some of the best Pubs and Eateries in Candolim.  It is also just a 15-20 minute walk to the Candolim beach…so you don’t always have to pull your car out…
 
The home is tastefully done up, sparkling clean, contemporary, and spacious. It has 4 bedrooms that can house a total of 9-10 guests, en-suite bathrooms, well adorned terraces that face lush green trees, a nice private pool, and a well-placed Cabana in the lawn next to it, ideal for those wanting to nurse their drink, read a book, or just laze around while others take a dip... 
 
As a tribute to the English band Led Zeppelin on whose song the villa gets its name, the living room has a phenomenal Karaoke setup with cordless mikes and powerful Beta Three speakers that are both indoor, and outdoor facing the pool area…that can be controlled together or separately with dedicated amplifiers… There is a Spanish guitar, a Clapbox Adjustable Snare Cajon, and a Djembe for musicians who want to create their own … A perfect setup for a gala musical evening. This area has a well-placed bar that will make your evening even more appealing…
 
The Villa comes with a fully functional kitchen and three of the four bedrooms have their own TVs, Bluetooth speaker systems, and ensuite safes for securing valuables.  The Villa has separate air conditioning in all rooms, a complete power backup, and high speed internet…

Kitchen and Meals 
The villa comes with a fully equipped Kitchen, which is sufficient for long stays too. It includes a microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, OTG, dishes and silverware, stove, cooking basics (pots and pans), salt and pepper, wine glasses, dining table, and toaster.
Guest access

  • Whether you are a single traveller or a group, you will have access to the entire villa and its outdoor spaces.
  • The furnished kitchen can be fully used free of charge.
  • Daily housekeeping service is provided.
  • Free on-site parking.
  • We provide pool towels along with bath linen and bath essentials, and toiletries.
  • Cook for breakfast will be available from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. We request you to please handle getting the groceries.

The entire villa cleaning is done every day and linen changed every alternate day.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience.

We love music, however, we love our neighbours' privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 10:00 pm.

Please do not leave children unattended around the pool area.

Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities.

Your caretaker will be with you from (8 am-7 pm) however, Anytime beyond 7 pm will be charged @1000/- per 2 hours.

Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.

A mandatory security deposit amount of Rs. 20,000 will be collected at the time of check-in

Cancellation policy

1. 0-14 Days is Non Refundable
2. Long Weekends and Super Peak dates such as 22 nd December to 4 th Jan are Non Refundable Non Amendable.
3. No Amendments after check in, Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Failure to arrive at the accommodation will be treated as No show & no refund will be given
5. No Refund will be given in a case of Act of God, etc.
