Welcome to Terra Viva 

A labour of love built brick by brick. Terra Viva translates to “the living land” and the villa has been so named as a tribute to the power of nature, and to the importance of respecting and nurturing the land on which we live. It serves as a reminder that even in the midst of turmoil and uncertainty, there is always the potential for growth and renewal, and the possibility of nature and people coexisting in harmony.

 

The space

The bedrooms and living space of the villa are air conditioned. The expansive glass panels all through the house allow for beautiful alfresco views and natural light and ventilation to
filter into the house. The three unpretentious bedrooms are your private zen spaces with individual balconies. Spanish tiled bathrooms have hot and cold running water and well selected
amenities for your use. The villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen which includes a microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, toaster, cooking hob, crockery and cutlery to make
your stay a home away from home. The private pool is exclusively for your use during your stay. The outdoor poolside lounge has a relaxed, comfortable vibe with seating and pool loungers amidst nature. The well landscaped outdoors is also home to pretty birds, butterflies, squirrels and other fauna.

Kitchen and Meals 
The villa comes with a fully equipped Kitchen, which is sufficient for long stays too. It includes a microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, OTG, dishes and silverware, stove, cooking basics (pots and pans), salt and pepper, wine glasses, dining table, and toaster.
Guest access

Whether you are a single traveller or a group, you will have access to the entire villa and its outdoor spaces.

The furnished kitchen can be fully used free of charge.

Daily housekeeping service is provided.

Free on-site parking.

We provide pool towels along with bath linen and bath essentials, and toiletries.

Cook for breakfast will be available from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. We request you to please handle getting the groceries.

Things to know

House rules

Check in: 3:00PM

Check out: 11:00 am (Late checkout/ early check in, is subject to availability).

We love music, however, we love our neighbours' privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 10:00 pm.

The cleaning is done every day and linen changed every alternate day.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Apartment however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience.

Please do not leave children unattended around the pool area

Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities.

Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.

Your caretaker will be with you from (8 am-7 pm) however, Anytime beyond 7 pm will be charged @1000/- per 2 hours.

You can enjoy dining in the privacy of your villa with our in villa chef service available to you at a nominal cost.

A mandatory security deposit amount of Rs. 20,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.

Cancellation policy

1. 0-14 Days is Non Refundable
2. Long Weekends and Super Peak dates such as 22 nd December to 4 th Jan are Non Refundable Non Amendable.
3. No Amendments after check in, Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Failure to arrive at the accommodation will be treated as No show & no refund will be given
5. No Refund will be given in a case of Act of God, etc.
