The villa is just so self-indulging that each morning you wake up to the glorious view of the sparkling Chapora river flowing in front along the villa gardens and listen to the peaceful waves around. On the right, you have the green meadows and the grazing animals in farms. You feel like you are experiencing your own kind of paradise nestled in Dhargal, Pernem, Goa. Mother Nature is our exterior designer, as the villa is built on the banks of this river, and thus, the location can be described as quaint, peaceful, plush and perfect for a holiday home. It is well connected to all the commercial places through waterways, and what’s more, you have your personal dock to book a boat and commute via different waterways!

The architecture of the home is antique and traditional in the architects’ distinct style.The place exudes sophistication and grandeur as this vintage is a bright and refreshing space with bedrooms that exuberate abundance with their rafter ceilings with interlaced cane designs. Curated and crafted to be the best-in-class, get ready to be delighted like never before! Literally 30mins away from the famous beaches and restaurants in Assagaon, it is difficult to find a better location that still maintains quietude and poise.

The Space:

The villa is well spread over 2 levels and is self-contained with its own huge swimming pool and bar unit with a sitting area and large gardens. It is plush and fully loaded with a strong infrastructure that supports it. The quality of electricity, Wi-Fi, water and air-conditioning is of the highest order, as are the arrangements of security. No stone has been left unturned to achieve high-quality specifications and a rich finish to produce a home that will make your stay comfortable, pleasant and gratifying. Anant Villa has an impressive living room and an exceptionally charming private pool amongst the green gardens only for you. Along the personal dock flows the ambrosialChapora River. All four bedrooms are conducive to getting a good nights’ sleep. With luxe bedding, rich materials and an occasional pop of colour, they are all about quaint aesthetics yet cosy resting spaces. The king-size beds and the strikingly beautiful balconies attached make you enjoy the fetching views again and again. The ground floor accommodates one bedroom, whereas the other three are on the first level. There is also a powder room to help you with your last-minute prep. The space gives you the most beautiful unobstructed views of the emerald greens. The garden and the pool area are significant and act as the hub of the house – seamless for when you want to hang out together. The caretaker helps you with a scrumptious breakfast and is happy to help when you need their services.
