The home is brand new with elegant and private living spaces in a gated complex with a swimming pool just right for your sundowners. The fields around become lush and luxuriant during monsoons. It lets you soak in the greenery all around. You savour the slow life surrounded by delightful open spaces.
The space
The villa is stunning, and you feel you are experiencing your own kind of paradise. The space has been considered holistically, and the architectural emphasis is balanced between the interior and the exterior. Mother Nature is our exterior designer; thus, the location can be described as quaint, peaceful, plush, and perfect for a holiday home. The interiors are modern and contemporary, where art, architecture and personal experiences blend beautifully. The place exudes sophistication along with lots of love and warmth, with vibrant and endearing art pieces adorning the walls of every room and the stairway. Eclectic and a unique mix of contemporary minimal furniture and décor make this place even more inviting. The design is such that the artificial and natural light seamlessly merge together to curate and relieve a slower time! Get ready to laze around in the swimming pool where family, friends or you alone can put their phone away and live away from the cacophony of the city sound. We promise you would love to stay for some more unplanned vacation days when here while wanting to extend!
Kitchen & meals
- The villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, which is sufficient for long stays too. It includes a microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, OTG, dishes and silverware, stove, cooking basics (pots and pans), salt and pepper, wine glasses, dining table, and toaster
- If you enjoy cooking, ask us where you can find amazing local and artisanal produce and products
- Alternatively, there are nearby takeaway and dining restaurants, along with food delivery services available through Swiggy and Zomato

- Whether you are a single traveller or a group, you will have access to the entire villa and its outdoor spaces
- This property is perfectly suited for family getaways, offering a welcoming and kid-friendly environment

The entire villa cleaning is done every day and linen changed every alternate day.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa however provisions have been made in the outdoor spaces; you can use these spaces according to your convenience.
We love music; however, we love our neighbours' privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 10:00pm.
Please do not leave children unattended around the pool area.
Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities.
Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.
A mandatory security deposit amount of Rs.10,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.
Standard Cancellation:
- Cancellations made 21 days before the check-in date are eligible for
a full refund - Any cancellations made within 21 days of the check-in date are
non-refundable
Peak Dates/Long Weekends:
- Bookings during these dates are non-cancellable and non-
refundable
Amendments & Cancellations After Check-In:
- No amendments or cancellations are allowed after check-in.
Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded once check-in has
occurred
Refund Policy:
- Failure to arrive at the accommodation will be treated as no-show & no refund will be given
- No Refund will be given in a case of Act of God, etc.
